Dr. Manju Jacob is awesome! She’s friendly, helpful and cares about her patients. My daughter’s paediatrician was out of town and I was desperately looking for an urgent care. Don’t let the plaza where it’s located fool you, once you are inside, the office is clean and the staff is very kind.

The best urgent care experience so far!!. I was seen by practitioner Manju Jacob for my back ache. She was super kind , knowledgeable and was very supportive. I felt lot better after the steroid shot. Highly recommend for excellent patient experience.

I receive more than just urgent care treatment. One of their physicians is a UTMB endocrinologist and she has been helping me to control my diabetes. But the best thing about this place is Kelley She sweet humble and goes the extra mile to make sure all your needs are being treated. She help me to find a spine specialist that would see me within reasonable time where everyone else would have me waiting for an appointment until January and we are currently in October, my injury was to my spine. Needless to say a very delicate injury. Thanks to Kelley I will finally be able to receive treatment and care related to my injury.

I did a walk in to this clinic and I was so impressive how Kelly was been so helpful with my questions, for the 1st time I can say I was actually welcome to a clinic, the service she gave me and my daughter went above and beyond. Very clean clinic and I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and families. Also, the nurse practitioner Antuonitte answer all my questions she made me feel super comfortable. Thanks ladies for the awsome customer service.

I went here to get covid tested because I was running a fever for 3 days. Everything went really smooth. Miss Kelly has been really awesome. Always keeping me updated and even called me to follow up how I am doing. I've been to a lot of urgent care before but so far, this is the best urgent care I've been. Staff are caring and very professional. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend.

Dr. Jeemol has been very helpful through helping me with my anemia and also finding out I had a fibroid. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else but here, not only they care about their patient but they also check up on you days after your visit. Very professional and clean place as well. An above and beyond care for people that other places nowadays lack. They also send you a notification when your prescriptions are ready with a discount card ready.

Every time we come in, the staff is so patient and kind. They really take their time with us and never make us feel rushed. The wait is usually short, which I truly appreciate, and the providers are amazing with kids — so gentle, friendly, and understanding. It always feels like we’re in good hands.
